I’m so in. As for themes, I’ll get to thinking.

Mr. Strickland
Yes, please. Have we done a Breaking Bad one?

So Monday is May 4th, National Star Wars Day. Perfect theme. Jedi for village roles, Sith for werewolf roles. Bounty Hunter for neutral role.

Walking Dead. The main wolf is the Governor. If you don’t make a post at least once every two hours, you get eaten by a walker. One of the villagers is Shane. He just randomly kills a player once per day. The village wins if they lynch villagers Shane, Lori, and Andrea.

There needs to be a Carl character who, if he chooses to wander off, ruins Rick’s vote because Rick has to find him. Like, Carl can wander off, forcing Rick to vote the same as Carl because he’s rushed and worried.
April 29, 2015 at 4:51 pm

Lori is not allowed to make rational votes. On day one, she must vote Rick, on day two, Shane. From then on, she alternates between the two every day.
She is not allowed to post within ten minutes of any of Carl’s posts.

The wolves are not allowed to kill Rick (neither are the villagers, for that matter), but they are allowed to kill one named role every other day, for extra shock value.

Also, I’ll play.
Can Darryl be the Angel?

Seems like everybody wants Walking Dead, a show I’ll never watch. It’s too bad, I have a real half-baked X-Files idea.

I said in this post I wasn’t doing pop culture anyway. I also would just spend the whole time poking fun because two-thirds of the series has been laughable.

Beau
That’s what we’ve been doing.
Also, we know we can’t compete with Brooks so we antagonize.

So an X-Files idea?

keeping in mind my best games come with backdrops but not direct pop culture references.
looks at comments… hmmm.

See? This is why you’re my favorite. Also, the thousands of other reasons.

There is only one reason he’s your favorite.

I noticed the exact same thing heh. Granted I’m guilty of same but figured the Star Wars universe was diverse enough to work.
April 29, 2015 at 6:30 pm
spookymilk
Yeah, but Star Wars is also terrible so…meh. I’d just make fun of that, too.

Next week is finals week here. So I’ve got nothing to do but sit around and grade (and eat villagers).
I’m in.
A finals week study group?

Early humanoid theme.
Neanderthals are villagers. Homo Sapiens are wolves.

Werewolf: Insurance Agents
The wolves are insurance salesmen and the villagers are poor unsuspecting clients looking for quotes!
Or is this too realistic?
April 29, 2015 at 6:50 pm

It could actually be really funny…I just don’t know if I have the background to make it fly.

I might know someone with the background to make it fly…

What about the actuaries? Neutrals?
April 30, 2015 at 11:10 am

Hmm, no I would think the actuaries would be the wolf seer roles.

I’m in.
I’m shocked you haven’t done a Shakespeare theme yet. Is that too pop culturey?
April 30, 2015 at 9:58 am

Too “culture” culturey.

Shakespeare would be awesome. Puck needs to be in there somewhere.

If I were to do Shakespeare, Puck would certainly be central to everything.

I promise to let you live to day 4 if I’m a wolf.
April 30, 2015 at 11:27 am

If you’re a wolf, you should promise to say absolutely nothing and let the other wolves play as if you’re not a wolf.
April 30, 2015 at 11:38 am
Inkarnit
Well that’s just fantasy. If I said absolutely nothing people would vote for me anyway because that’s just wrong.
