I’m always in favor of non-seer/angel role claims. I definitely think the one that can be confirmed should come out. I am a little less sure of Kain, I can see pros/cons either way.

Kain can always get out of a vote by jumping, so they have no reason to role claim. Confirming Cecil would narrow it down (ever so slightly). Still not sure if that’s a good idea yet.

I saw we wait for now. Unlike the typical angel/seer claim, spooky will confirm Cecil. As long as Cecil is around to role claim if s/he has the most votes and we don’t get close enough for him to get the majority vote, getting people to talk without the info will be more useful for the time being.

I did not get silenced…my late day silence was simply me being at the airport and on an airplane after work (as I previously warned I would be!) until I got home at 9pm. And I still needed dinner. 8)
The one thing that really stood out to me from yesterday (not that there was much to stand out) was that Abby seemed much less combative this time with Sherry. So I’ll get things started today…

Regarding sherry, I don’t care that we were wrong. She fucked the village pretty well already on day 1. With her one track mind, even if she’s right about Abby (which would be pure chance), she caused us to pay attention to irrelevant crap and was so predictable that the neutral won on day ONE, leaving us in a bind for majority. As a villager she voted for only Abby the entire day. Ridiculous.

The crowd was quiet enough yesterday that the wolves didn’t even need to vote for Sherry. I am curious that nibbish posted once, very late, but did not vote. No one seems to have been silenced or has said they were. But even if nibbish didn’t really know they were in the game, they did see they were and never voted.

Like david said, there are far too many quiet people around yesterday. I’ll vote xxtdiddyxx to try to get some more comments out.
On a related note, who’s around? I’ll be here for much of the day, though I have meetings periodically. I usually leave work around 4:00, and I expect I’ll be pretty quiet tonight again. Determining when we should expect people based on schedule could help use determine suspicious behavior later on. Without knowing what’s going on and not having much sustained conversation, we’re making it easy for the wolves to hide among the quiet people. Being engaged favors the village.

Alright. Will’s post toward the end of the day makes sense (at least one absent wolf). KG was the neutral. I’m not a wolf.
The thing is, DavidTucker doesn’t strike me as particularly wolfy today. He’s worth keeping an eye on, but I’m looking in other directions.
He brings up that Abby’s response to Sherry was muted (with the very odd exception of the two of them arguing over homework). Definitely more subdued than the day-long war they waged last time.
I could be convinced to start an Abby train to see what we turn up.

The problem with diddy is he’s just…weird. Like, I can’t get any feel on him because I don’t feel like anyone can really have a conversation with him. He just…talks. Which seems fairly wolfy to me.
Just based on last game, Abby is much more subdued in general. Since she’s in school until soon, I don’t want to go after her for the moment.
I actually agree with you on your villagers, nibbish, and I’d put you in my in-between list personally. I’m just not sure how I feel about you yet though your analysis all seems very good.
I’m a little curious about Todahshy wanting to ignore the Abby stuff but then liking Will’s *may he RIP* analysis of her vote.

Weren’t you there last game? I’m not putting any stock in the Sherry/Abby feud. I just read it as Sherry sticking with it and Abby wanting to move on. I think there are plenty of other reasons like I listed to go after Abby but if we don’t get over this blood feud we are going to end up lynching one of Sherry or Abby every single game.

The meeting ran a bit long, but I’m back and caught up. I’m glad there is some actual discussion now. I’d be okay with an abby vote, since the interchange yesterday was really weird and could definitely be something. It looks like she is the vote leader at the moment, so I’ll hold off for the time being to give her a chance to show up.
I’d still like to hear more from xxtdiddyxx. Having never played with him, the non-serious, off the wall comments that don’t pertain to the village conversation aren’t really helpful. Without knowing his game, I’m not comfortable with him as a villager. His game almost seems like Inkarnit’s usual, just with less talking.
todahshy comment about the abby stuff seems kind of odd. Why say you love the vote for her, then discount the weird interplay between the two of them, then point out other ways she’s suspicious? Just seems odd, though he’s been helpful otherwise.

I know if previous games, announcements like that happened when someone used a power. Since it doesn’t appear like anyone was silenced yesterday, we may just have to wait for clarification. How about this? Punman and karn both wolves. Punman jumps vote around. Wonders if karn is silenced. Calls me out for being incoherent….which generally I can’t fault him for….and grasps an opp to take my somewhat newbness and turn it into “he took our advice” to silence karn when in fact he as a wolf silenced his fellow wolf in some elaborate play.

I agree with Abby’s thought on this and I also feel like there was an intention to keep ink’s vote on nettie. I keep coming back to diddy. I actually think NOT silencing anyone yesterday would be a pretty shrewd wolf move because right now we’re down to one wrong move and the village is done. If someone was silenced yesterday, we’d know they were a villager for sure. Diddy made a comment to punman that seems to reveal he’s an experienced player.
I also don’t think, since it was so quiet yesterday, that any wolves voted for Sherry. No need to expose themselves at all. Diddy checks a couple boxes for me right now that noone else really does.

Also, I’m still suspicious of roxanne…if Inkarnit was silenced that says to me that both ink and nettie are villagers. Roxy is holding tight with that vote on nettie and her main suspicions are all people I think are villagers.

I’m back and caught up. A couple things pinged me in the catch up read. punman continuing to throw out votes with bad logic. He votes for me because I was suspicious of him. Uhhhhhh this is Werewolf I’m suspicious of everyone!

A few games ago I was a wolf and I said something very similar about the wolves’ strategy and everyone jumped all over me and lynched me and they were obviously right, so I’ve been keeping my eye out for similar tells ever since and this seems to be right up that alley. Not to mention the oyher million red flags he has been setting off in people all day as well.

I also have this weird theory that xxtdiddyxx is actually TDO. I mean he has given weird hints that he has played before. Just look at the name ex-T-Diddy… hmmmmmm. Wouldn’t it be weird if he ended up being a wolf the first time with a new name?

Long story short because still at work…xxtdiddyxc is dead. He was a villager. Let’s say…FuSoYa.
Tomorrow will be 5-3 and therefore a deciding day, meaning no silencing power for Rubicant. However, if there’s a successful jump for Kain it’ll be 6-3 and therefore it wouldn’t be a deciding day and Rubicant can still silence someone.
