February 9, 2016 at 9:04 am
abbyszoo
I wasn’t here last night so can I ask, what on earth happened with that vote?!? when did todah get tossed in I didn’t see him as a wolf at all…
February 9, 2016 at 9:06 am
joepunman
Well, I can see this is going to go well today.
February 9, 2016 at 9:07 am

I mean, your over enthusiastic pushing todah ( i just finished reading the end of yesterday) doesn’t exactly make you seem innocent.

Vote TDiddy Because
February 9, 2016 at 9:11 am
abbyszoo
Come on pun, you’ve gotta give us something to work with if you dont want to be lynched today.
February 9, 2016 at 9:20 am
xxtdiddyxx
what i would like to know is why did nettie vote the way she did. vote bgum, vote me, vote todah, vote me when its close to punman lynching, then after me voting todah making it +1 for punman, vote todah again. i think she’s the other one
February 9, 2016 at 9:20 am
xxtdiddyxx
if there is another one
February 9, 2016 at 9:22 am
abbyszoo
That was certainly a weird event. I am still trying to figure out what we ran with for the todah vote I missed too.
February 9, 2016 at 9:32 am
xxtdiddyxx
well annette voted todah 830. then punman 856. todah/brett/you on punman. i on brett. colin on me. then the above nettie voting stuff happened. given the voting of nettie/punman plus todah’s feeling on punman, i think that punman is the obvi choice – a quick kill would be nice. nettie i think is the other wolf who i am pretty sure i snuffed out by voting todah given todah’s goodness.
February 9, 2016 at 9:35 am
xxtdiddyxx
basically nettie went away from a villager kill by unvoting todahsy when it seemed likely a wolf was killed (to distance herself ?). then once i piled on the villager kill she came back on the villager kill to ensure they’d have 2 evil doers today.
February 9, 2016 at 9:49 am
abbyszoo
Diddy, im like 51% sure they can only have one wolf at this point.
February 9, 2016 at 9:39 am
bhiggum
There was a lot of stuff that happened last night. But todah was right, seeing all those votes change at the end should give us something to work with, even if we did end up with the wrong guy.
I would like to hear some reasoning from Joe and Nettie before I vote, though.
February 9, 2016 at 9:47 am
xxtdiddyxx
u were good with punman last night after his “big reveal”, let’s lynch him now and get a move on it. what’s changed for punman?
February 9, 2016 at 10:40 am
bhiggum
Nothing’s changed. It just doesn’t do us any good to rush into anything.
February 9, 2016 at 9:41 am
abbyszoo
Wait guys. im not sure there CAN be two wolves left.
February 9, 2016 at 9:42 am
abbyszoo
My character, despite being good, counts as evil if it comes to majority (I think they flipped sides from evil to good or something), if there were two evil left we would have lost after last night.
February 9, 2016 at 9:51 am
xxtdiddyxx
51%..nice. maybe im not clear on this…can you line this up better?
February 9, 2016 at 9:51 am
xxtdiddyxx
guess it won’t change my vote for today…punman i think is the first to go either way.
February 9, 2016 at 9:52 am
abbyszoo
I am good. But, say there were 2 evil and 3 good left. They would win because my character counts as a person for them for some reason.
February 9, 2016 at 9:52 am
nettiebarron
This is not necessarily true.
February 9, 2016 at 9:53 am
xxtdiddyxx
why not
February 9, 2016 at 9:55 am
abbyszoo
I assume she meant because of pun counting as 2 villagers. Village would have a 4-3 majority here.
February 9, 2016 at 9:44 am
nettiebarron
What I want to know is what evidence everyone saw for a Punman vote last night. If his role claim is correct, we absolutely need him around. I was jumping around strictly to make sure that we didn’t lynch Joe. If it’s true that he is double counted for parity, we need to be absolutely positive he’s evil, which I just don’t see.
February 9, 2016 at 9:46 am
abbyszoo
What did he claim his is? That was when my kindle was malfunctioning badly I believe.
February 9, 2016 at 9:51 am
nettiebarron
He counts as two villagers (good).
February 9, 2016 at 9:52 am
abbyszoo
ahhh. so, like the reverse me sorta.
February 9, 2016 at 9:51 am
nettiebarron
As soon as Joe made his parity role claim, it seemed like Todah was all over him, which is extremely wolfy. If Joe is counted as two villagers, evil wold definitely like to see him lynched. Especially in light of Abby’s parity role.
February 9, 2016 at 9:52 am
xxtdiddyxx
so if not punman then who do you want to pin
February 9, 2016 at 9:54 am
nettiebarron
I’m not convinced about you, but maybe that vote thing exonerates you. Just not sure. I guess I would lean Bhiggum.
February 9, 2016 at 9:53 am

but todah wasnt evil.
February 9, 2016 at 9:55 am
nettiebarron
No he wasn’t. *sigh*
February 9, 2016 at 9:56 am
abbyszoo
I want to see pun talk because his voting reason earlier was “because”. I also want to see what bhiggum has to say because hes not spoken today
February 9, 2016 at 9:57 am
abbyszoo
we need to get this right other villagers, we lose if we lynch a villager here.
February 9, 2016 at 9:57 am
xxtdiddyxx
well he did…but it was not as clear cut as i thought it’d be given he voted punman yesterday. why not just do it again today already?
February 9, 2016 at 10:01 am
abbyszoo
Alright im gone till like 3. My suspect list would be bhiggum and then diddy/annette. just getting a weird read off of diddy
February 9, 2016 at 10:47 am
bhiggum
I am good with a Joe vote today. After todahshy said it and I thought about it for a while, i had to agree with him. I don’t see any way that Good would have two seers.
But by not voting right away, Abby revealed her other ability and you have had a good discussion on what Joe’s “parity” claim meant. That’s pretty valuable information.
vote- punman
February 9, 2016 at 11:00 am
joepunman
Unvote TDiddy, Vote Punman; vote nightfall
Pointless to try to convince y’all otherwise.
February 9, 2016 at 11:03 am

What the hell? I was totally not convinced. But this is disconcerting, to say the least.
February 9, 2016 at 11:04 am

February 9, 2016 at 11:05 am
nettiebarron
Very.
February 9, 2016 at 11:09 am
xxtdiddyxx
so 1: are there more than 1 evil left? 2: is it nettie? nettie what do you think?
February 9, 2016 at 11:11 am
nettiebarron
I think DG was telling us the truth when he said there were four. Despite his weirdness on day one, everything else panned out. So, I think there are two left. I am definitely not evil. And I think Abby is not evil either. I was leaning away from Punman, but this latest move has me baffled, for sure.
February 9, 2016 at 11:26 am
bhiggum
How were you not convinced about him? There’s no way he’s a second good seer. Todah has to be right about that.
February 9, 2016 at 11:42 am
nettiebarron
I’m not sure I agree with this assumption. There were a LOT of seer-like powers. Colin could track. DG could ask questions. This game is crazy. I can see Joe having the powers he said, especially when it comes to the parity issue.
February 9, 2016 at 11:43 am
bhiggum
Then how come he didn’t tell us who he peeked last night?
February 9, 2016 at 12:23 pm
nettiebarron
That’s an excellent question.
February 9, 2016 at 11:14 am
nettiebarron
If Joe really is evil and is giving up, what does this tell us?
February 9, 2016 at 11:25 am
xxtdiddyxx
what was your powers again? sorry, forgot, on phone, dn’t want to scroll a bazillion times
February 9, 2016 at 11:39 am

I was super tough; like Spooky. We surmise that they tried to kill me night two, which is why there was no night kill. I asked the mod and was told that I would not be notified if this happened, so we don’t know for sure. Todah had a different theory, but that was before I came forward. I think it was decided that, although I wasn’t really on the radar, the attempt to kill me made more sense than that Todah blocked it.

February 9, 2016 at 12:24 pm
abbyszoo
Mine is far from confirmed.
February 9, 2016 at 12:47 pm
xxtdiddyxx
why not? todah’s solo conversation post joe reveal seems pretty good. and joe never tried to respond – another clue to his guilt. then we have him and nettie voting on todah. and then the nettie votin biznass. AND then todah was good.
February 9, 2016 at 12:29 pm
nettiebarron
So, if Joe is really evil, why give up? Of course, if Joe is good, why give up. But is there a contingency here that we are missing?
February 9, 2016 at 12:47 pm
abbyszoo
thats my concern. he is giving up without even trying and its concerning me.
February 9, 2016 at 12:49 pm
xxtdiddyxx
i think he just knows that we know that he knows we will never ever ever be getting back together. thus he is laying down.
February 9, 2016 at 12:53 pm
xxtdiddyxx
nettie power – super tough, like spooky.
joe power – double parity, if he peeks he gets another vote i take it
does this sound right?
February 9, 2016 at 1:05 pm
nettiebarron
No, I think he doesn’t get any extra votes. I think he just gets counted more. Evil wins if we are tied for parity. Meaning two evils and two goods, means evil wins. At least that is my understanding of how it works. Feel free to chime in here, Wolfson. I know your silence is killing you.
February 9, 2016 at 1:07 pm
Inkarnit
I can neither confirm nor deny anyone’s interpretations of powers nor the veracity of said statements.
February 9, 2016 at 1:12 pm
nettiebarron
You could probably explain parity to us, though.
February 9, 2016 at 1:16 pm
Inkarnit
Parity as it pertains to this game is the same as with any Werewolf game. Once the wolves have the same number or greater than villagers, they win. If there are powers in play that alter the parity counts, that may or not be readily apparent. Once a parity victory happens, I will make it clear.
February 9, 2016 at 1:08 pm
xxtdiddyxx
oh ok. but i got yours right right? there isn’t anything else to your power or joe’s that would help the group decide on where to go?
February 9, 2016 at 1:11 pm
nettiebarron
Well, obviously I can’t speak for Joe, whose silence gets more and more damning as the day progresses. But yes, I am super tough. *flexes guns for effect*
February 9, 2016 at 1:14 pm
xxtdiddyxx
you should just vote for punman, then kill whomever it is you’d like to at night so the rest of the good can lynch you … put a nice boww on this thing

*looks really confused at diddy*
February 9, 2016 at 1:17 pm
bhiggum
Ah, that makes sense. That explains the tiebreaker power from last night.
February 9, 2016 at 1:20 pm
xxtdiddyxx
that’s what i was getting at. either joe (likely) or nettie has the tie breaker
February 9, 2016 at 1:21 pm
bhiggum
Eh, maybe it does? We were tied, so he got an extra?
Nettie, you just meant overall numbers for end game scenarios, right?
February 9, 2016 at 1:25 pm
xxtdiddyxx
i think it meant overall numbers good vs evil not votes. 1 thing is for sure though, either joe or nettie has an evil tie breaker.
February 9, 2016 at 1:34 pm
nettiebarron
Right. I meant end game parity. I have no such tie breaker powers, at least that I know about. Joe must.
February 9, 2016 at 1:34 pm
xxtdiddyxx
oh and also, given nettie’s voting last night, she at least knows about the tie breaker power i think
February 9, 2016 at 1:36 pm
nettiebarron
I did NOT know about the tiebreaker vote. I just really feared getting rid of Joe without fully considering whether he was telling the truth about his double parity status. It seemed really out of the blue that suddenly the vote was between Joe and Todah instead of Bret and Tdiddy.
February 9, 2016 at 1:14 pm
abbyszoo
This whole Joe not talking thing is getting more and more unnerving
February 9, 2016 at 1:35 pm

February 9, 2016 at 1:36 pm
xxtdiddyxx
why is it unnerving?

Because if he’s evil, he sure doesn’t seem to be too worried.
February 9, 2016 at 3:15 pm

February 9, 2016 at 1:50 pm
xxtdiddyxx
what power would be activated if he does this?
February 9, 2016 at 1:57 pm
nettiebarron
No idea. But it worries me.
February 9, 2016 at 2:06 pm
xxtdiddyxx
so there’s the tough one, but spooky had that. zg’s power day one – perhaps there’s something like that.
so if we don’t vote joe because we’re scared of a power that likely isn’t there, who are we voting for? you are the most wolfy one to me left.
February 9, 2016 at 2:13 pm

Abby was distraught. As a former member of Shadaloo, she knew that she was a liability. She would have to offer herself up to prevent Shadaloo from winning. Yes, that’s what she’d do. Joepunman
Role: M. Bison
Alignment: Evil, leader of Shadaloo
Abilities: Double parity, tie-breaker, while aux evils are alive, views as Good; while aux evils are alive he cannot be killed by any means; views each night for his aux evils and, if found they then count for parity

In this roleset, M. Bison had no communication with any of the other 3 wolves. They had a chat and controlled the night kill. The lowest ranking member controlling it each night. Spooky was lowest, followed by bhigs, followed by Novak. So spooky being blocked by todahshy stopped a night kill. Notes to come.

So, if we killed Bret, we then could have killed Joe?
February 9, 2016 at 4:47 pm
Inkarnit
Yes. But at this point joe had tiebreak and you couldn’t outvote him. Even if you and tdiddy voted bhiggum and Joe voted you and you actually killed bhiggum, then Joe would have night killed someone and you lost your Tough when he viewed you last night. At 1 to 1 vs him, even you will lose. Since he has tiebreak anyway.
February 9, 2016 at 4:47 pm

That’s a b*tch.
If I had been good, I would have been butting my head against the wall repeatedly trying to kill joe once we found him.

Night 0
I find it hilarious that the big hairy Russian dude is Annette.
The wolf team is pretty strong. Joe hasn’t played wolf much, if at all though, and he’s the top dawg. We’ll see how his team does for him when they don’t know who he is. Good news is that trying to lynch Joe won’t hurt them. But will Joe inadvertently kill one of his own?
Abby has one of the most complex to understand roles as Sagat and, as expected, had a lot of questions about that. I think she understands now. What she doesn’t know is that there is a hidden mechanic for conversion built into her role. It will probably not come into play, but we’ll see.
DG getting the role of Rose could be bad news for the wolves. This role is really powerful if the right questions are asked each night. His first question was to know how many evils were in the game and he picked up right away on my wording that “There are currently 4 Evils in the game” was carefully done.
This ruleset has some modifications from the original because it was slanted a bit towards Evil. It may still be, but with so many powers, the right moves at the right times could swing hugely either direction.
Day 1
As expected, the jokes start directed at me. Fuck you guys!
Punman has the perfect starting vote: Melissa because of random.org. This time though, random.org made her Chun-Li. There’s still some hilarity with that…
Todahshy is Blanka, so anyone that votes him at any point could lose a night action. So far no one has voted for him. Lame!
ZG and baconburgerdogs are going after each other a bit here. Not sure if it will last or not, but both are Good and Ryu is important to keep around. They could potentially kill each other if Ryu uses a vigilante kill at some point targeting ZG, causing ZG to Brutal on baconburgerdogs. That would be fun.
Melissa just told me that some stuff is going down at work so she won’t be available much today. As long as the lynch doesn’t sway her way, I don’t think this is going to be a problem. Meanwhile, KG shows up asking about roles being posted somewhere. He’s actually got one of the more complicated roles. He could really mess things up if he makes some good reads.
Finally someone votes for todahshy. It’s Annette. Funny thing happens in random.org when there’s only one option to randomize. But Annette has no night action to lose.
A kinda jokey conversation about number of wolves came up and DG basically came out saying he has information about it. He didn’t give any specifics, but said that there are NOT zero wolves. I’m not sure how well this will play out for him. The wolves may kill him just because they feel like he has too much information. It would be a smart move on their part, honestly.
Man, these guys. First DG falsified a Seer claim on Guile, which, if successful, will probably result in him being the brutal target. Then todahshy claims to have some lynch block power. They are just messing with everyone.
Well the train rolled right over ZG. I fully expected him to target DG but he chose Novak. Novak is FANG, the second strongest role in the game. Big hit to Evil here. I’m impressed by ZG. Meanwhile, Novak’s prophecy that he would never get to use his powers comes true. Meanwhile, Stacy/Dhalsim voted on ZG so she is susceptible to night kill tonight.
Night 1:
Kg/Dan taunts DG to redirect to tdiddy/Sakura.
Todahshy/Blanka shocked Annette randomly, doing nothing. He targeted DG/Rose. So I let DG formulate a question about how that extra vote occurred on ZG… Then told him he doesn’t get an answer. Good times!
Punman/Bison checked DG also but he’s not Evil. Sorry Joe.
Is everyone going to target DG tonight? That’s a strategy. Oh look, Colin tracks DG too. He was blocked so he actually sees no night action performed.
Melissa finally views someone other than DG. She picks Colin.
Shadaloo makes a decision to take out kg. Poor Dan. That role is destined to be n1 killed. Same thing as when Royal ran it. That power is actually pretty beastly but alas we will only see the effect of it briefly as DG will be voting for tdiddy no matter what tomorrow (unless he doesn’t vote).
Overall, I’d call this a Win for Good right now. No one has made any mistakes yet, but Good got lucky on that brutal. Still a lot of game to go though and Rose won’t have any extra info for d2, again similar to what happened in this game before as Rose was blocked on n1. This time though, Rose is blocked by Blanka.
Abby goes back to DG though with her protect order. I actually thought he’d potentially be the night kill myself so this isn’t a bad move. But this order came in at 4:47am CdL time. I feel like this is way too late to submit an order but I know she was on the podcast. I also misinformed her on the ability because I was sick and not thinking. I told her it’s only used up if successful totally not thinking about the lynch protection. I’ve been trying to get a hold of her to clarify and ask if she still wants to use it. She finally gets back to me and decides not to use it. DG could use the protection today too, but… Late order given with misinformation. I think it’s fair to let her take it back.
Day 2:
Day 2 begins with conjecture by Kelly and Bret that DG might be Bison. I’m curious to see where this leads. They could defend his actions or try to test the theory by voting for him, knowing he can’t die. If they’re wrong, they kill a Good, which would be good for them in this case since Rose can break Evil with the right questions.
I had to clarify about what “wolf” means as an unintended side effect of running a werewolf game without actual werewolves. I don’t think any harm was done, except maybe to Rivet’s brain.
Spooky/Balrog, who controls the night kill currently, just voted on todahshy. He may get shocked and lose his night kill tonight. That’ll be very bad for Evil.
I got sick and things happened. I wasn’t able to keep up with the notes. Basically, Stacy got votes run up on her and never came out to claim her ability, which was a pretty bad move for the village. She could have soaked a night kill if she alluded to some reason why they shouldn’t kill her but she didn’t even fully claim when it was obvious she was going down.
Luckily for the village, this mistake was mitigated by the fact that spookymilk DID get blocked by todahshy’s random shock and the wolves will lose a night kill.
Night 2:
DG asked a pretty awesome question: Has spooky been informed of the identities of any Evil players? The answer to this is yes, of course since spooky is Evil. Except that Novak has been killed and outed to EVERYONE. I wonder if DG will realize this or take this at face value to condemn spooky.
Todahshy blocked Colin from tracking Annette. Colin’s tracking counts as a view, so Annette would have actually lost her Tough. So this works out for Good even though they won’t know this at all.
Punman has still not found any of his auxes. And doesn’t again tonight either as he looks at tdiddy.
Melissa checks out DG tonight and confirms he’s Good. She’s unsure how to reverse her thoughts on him without being obvious.
And Shadaloo, of course, got no kill because it was blocked. They tried to take out BBD.
Day 3:
Still sick so brief with these notes. DG realized the folly of his question. He IM’s me with “Aw fuck. Novak”. Today people decided to start sharing some powers. Some people shared too much, like BBD who gave all the details of his vigilante kill. This, of course, resulted in Kelly getting to do something he’s been itching to do; use his vigilante kill. Being immediate, it kills BBD before he can use his own, much to BBD’s confusion. Kelly was then outed to the thread and people rallied to lynch him. Only he is Tough and doesn’t die. This ought to confuse the village right proper.
Night 3:
DG asked for clarification on what saved Kelly and gets a description of Tough. This should head off any kind of false claims Kelly can make about why he didn’t die. This should make day 4 an autolynch day with a quick day 5, but we’ll see how the village goes.
Todahshy should have blocked Kelly and stopped a night kill but he targeted tdiddy instead.
Colin tracks DG and sees he performed some kind of night action.
Punman looks at Colin… but no.
Abby protected todahshy. He might have actually been the night kill until…
Melissa views… someone. I forget because she made a bonehead mistake and didn’t read the thread. So she outed herself as seer to Kelly privately thinking he was dead when he wasn’t. They were all set to kill someone else but congrats on your death Melissa. And she had quite a few good views to exonerate people with too.
Day 4:
As expected, this day went to autolynch on spooky. It was quick so we got another day in.
Night 4:
DG asked for clarification on Annette’s description of her ability, which I provided him. Too bad Bret decided to kill him and he’ll never get to use that info.
Todahshy blocked punman so he will still not find an aux. He was going to peek todahshy anyway, so not like this did much, though if I was punman I’d be viewing Annette since she just said she loses her tough if viewed.
Colin tracked Abby who did not use a night action since she already blew it yesterday on todahshy.
Day 5:
Todahshy has the last two Evils between Joe, diddy, and Bret. And he’s right. Joe and Bret. But they have to get them in the right order. Right now, if Evil can manipulate a lynching of Annette then night kill her, they win. Abby has not yet told anyone that she counts for Evil parity.
The day is kinda dragging without much action. Abby looks pretty clearly villager by her confusion but I could see a case for painting her as a wolf as she is rather obviously sheeping other people’s ideas. Annette straight asks Abby if she used her save, leaving nothing to the imagination. Abby hasn’t answered yet though.
Tdiddy tries to point out his voting power but is pretty vague about it. Not sure if that’s going to help or hurt him. I barely understood what he was getting at and I know the damn powers!
Colin points out that blocking powers from todahshy could be Evil powers as they fit better with Evil. This is true, unless one remembers that Novak was Evil with blocking powers and therefore Evil is unlikely to have two such powers.
The day ends with some weird jumping around by Annette. She is clearly using emotion over logic here and ends the day on todahshy, creating a tie between Joe and todahshy. Todahshy was perhaps second shiniest to only Abby today, so this is really a weird lynch. But he dies. Now a random voter on him between punman, Annette, and abby will be shocked. If Punman can view Annette and then night kill her, this will be over. Random goes to… Annette. So this could end tonight.
Night 5:
Colin tracks Punman. I told him that Punman did perform a night action (viewing bhiggum finally, putting Evil at 4-2 parity) but that night action was mainly just watching bhiggum gut him in his sleep. That’s because, while Bret considered killing punman (which would have been a hilarious no kill), he actually killed Colin, which made sense.
So Day 6 will begin with only 5 players. I suspect a really slow day. Wolves have parity at 4-2 but can’t win while Annette lives. And she still has her Tough. So we could feasibly have a day 6 with no lynch and no night kill if they lynch punman then night kill Annette. Joe needs to remember what she said about Tough UNTIL VIEWED though and this can be over.
Day 6:
Diddy and Abby come out quick on Joe. A Joe lynch will be good for Evil, so no worries there. Annette is trying to logic her way around things and determines that Joe is NOT evil. She would lynch bhiggum. This would be the best scenario for Good, of course. Unfortunately, with Abby going to school, there will be little movement all day on this.
Abby did claim to count for Evil parity. Joe picked up on this and mentioned that Good must have some super parity somewhere otherwise they should have won. He’s right. Gotta get Annette boyo. My official response though: *shrug*
Well Joe decided to at least create some conversation. He came in and self voted with a nightfall vote. This has the village rightly confused and unsure of themselves. Though somehow there is still confusion about how many Evils remain. I guess DG wasn’t Good enough to be telling the truth. He was very clear. There is 1 wolf and it is ZG.
Annette has realized there may be something else at play here but she’s mainly talking to dead air. Joe won’t answer. He’s purposely being silent to drive Annette crazy. I think it may work.
Annette: “If Joe wants to be voted out, shouldn’t we NOT do that? Any theories on that?” Yes. This is correct. Just make sure you lynch bhiggum and you’re golden. But can she convince tdiddy and abby of this?
Tdiddy comes in with some diddy logic. He nightfalls on Joe and mentions that this would somehow cement Annette as the other wolf. I guess he’s saying that we’ll see Joe’s role (we won’t) and that if it doesn’t say tiebreaker then that means Annette has tiebreaker and never told anyone which makes her a wolf. I suppose. None of that will happen though. One more nightfall and it’s a no lynch night. Joe is really doing nothing to help himself but at this point he wants to eat the lynch anyway. Knowing Bret is the other wolf, he’s best served by just taking all the heat.
Night 6:
Unanimous lynching of punman results in no lynch. And punman immediately chooses Annette to view. She has now lost her Tough. If Bret kills her, it’s game over.
But he doesn’t. He kills Abby. But with 4 left and joe owning tiebreak, this should be done…
Day 7:
I think this should go quickly. Joe just needs to remember he has tiebreak and then can go outed evil with Bret and win now. Will they make us suffer?
Well Joe just called himself Evil. Maybe he’ll make this quick.

Just running some numbers.
If the village kills a (non-Abby, non-ZG) villager night 1 and the night kill goes off without a hitch, it is possible for the wolves to win by all declaring on day 2.
Joe would know his partners, increasing his number.
Abby still counts for wolves.
Numbers are 8-6.
BBD tries to kill Joe or spooky / fails.
spooky kills BBD
village lynches Bret / Bret kills Annette / fails
wolves night kill Annette
Day 3 – Numbers are 6-5
village tries to kill Joe / fails.
wolves night kill someone
Day 4 – Numbers are 5-5 with no Annette around. Wolves win.
The only hitch in this plan is Annette. The wolves would have had to find her. But the numbers are in their favor as soon as one lynch goes completely wrong.
February 9, 2016 at 6:28 pm
daneekasghost
In this game that lynch was todahshy’s lynching.
I guess I didn’t account for todah’s blocking above either. But it’s a pretty thin line for the village when two wolves can kill as they die and two can’t be killed the first attempt.

Just reading through the game notes. So both Melissa and I did not realize Kelly survived the first kill attempt. (I didn’t notice it until the next day started honestly). I read the thread and didn’t pick up on the fact that Kelly didn’t die. I felt like that got buried in the big push for the next day to start immediately, in fact that whole thing was kind of awkward. Usually a description of what happened for the day kill is the last post of the thread. But in that case there was a bunch of chit chat after so that kind of got buried in everything. Which really sucked in my case because I was outside shoveling the most heavy snow I’ve ever seen in my life while the day ended and came back, did a quick read, and thought my night move was holding everything up so I rushed it. Which especially sucks since we lost our seer.
Not that it mattered anyway since there is no way for the village to win this game. But oh well.

I keep forgetting to come back here and write this down, but I really liked the no majority jailing / nightfall vote – with a 30-minute warning for night, I think that would be a solid addition for future games.
February 11, 2016 at 9:34 am
Inkarnit
Yes, I really like the nightfall mechanic myself. It provides a new avenue of discussion as well when someone shows they are willing to make a vote permanent on someone. I don’t think it necessarily requires 100% participation when a majority is obvious, but overall I too agree that this could extend into future games.
February 11, 2016 at 10:26 am
todahshy
Yeah I liked that too. Except the 100% thing. I say if majority nightfalls that should end it normally.
February 11, 2016 at 10:27 am

Absolutely. I only didn’t have it work that way because of the presence of vote manipulation. I couldn’t allow nightfall majority to meta clear anyone for voting powers.
