I’ll role claim since my role is pretty useless. I’m the one who double votes. My vote is already in for Inkarnit so you’ll see that. The angel can save me if you want to save a known villager for tomorrow so that takes some of the pressure off you. I know this is an unusual thing to do but this power really only matters later in the game and I never make it past day 3.

Twilight Sparkle might be good to role claim since she’ll be able to steer votes away from the known villager roles. But it doesn’t matter now. You role claimed. Just be careful about your votes. I really think role claiming is the way to go here. The roles are near useless, especially the seer, unless we get lucky and happen to vote out Trixie. I’d prefer not to rely on being super lucky though.
Except the angel. They should stay hidden. This way we have a legitimate 1/3 chance to save somebody at night. Or if the wolves decide they don’t want to take that risk and go after the angel we have a 7/8 chance to save known villagers which is even more valuable.

Well if we role claim then the roles are definitely made useless. Twilight Sparkle doesn’t need to know the other roles. Pinky Pie will be killed before finding Tirek. Rainbow Dash is already out and his two votes are useless unless he knows where to place them, agreed. And the neutral has no reason to role claim when he needs 3 villager lynchings to win.

The other thing interesting to me is that Spooky was clearly using the Pinkie Pie exclamation to save himself. Annette is willing to die tonight, feeling she did her job. If she’s doing the “sacrificial lamb” thing to win this battle, that’s a pretty ballsy move. Falsely claiming seer after Spooky does it, in order to trap Spooky (without presumably knowing what his role is), that’s ALSO ballsy. Unnecessarily so, since she was flying under the radar up until that point. This put a clear spotlight on her and pitted her against Spooky, a pretty significant Werewolf foe.

Honestly when spooky made the rule mistake I noticed it right off (but was busy catching up at the time and noticed all hell broke lose shortly after). I just don’t see Spooky who I consider one of the best at this game to make that mistake. Spooky the villager analyses and interprets all the roles and rules to try and find any possible leverage he can….he does this when a wolf too, my point though is i think it’s a wolf oversight than it’s a villager goof.

In case Fluttershy doesn’t protect me and I die, let me run through. I had to spend so much time on this Annette thing, though, that I probably didn’t see as much as I would have liked.
If Annette was Tirek, that’s incredible, but I have to assume the other one.

kg2005 – Very helpful, solid logic. Still, good enough that he could be either.
meat – Too little to go on, but tripped none of his wolf tells.
MelissaD – Can’t be Discord given that she was the sixth vote, but could still be the second wolf, I suppose. Leaning toward her just having a conspiracy theory game.
rob – Could easily be the other wolf, for me.
TDO – If he’s the wolf, he’s impressive. Played a very TDO game, so no reason to think so yet.
todahshy – I have no reason to doubt he is the character he says he is.
yickit – Lean villager. If Annette was Tirek, he’s a CONFIRMED villager.

To clarify the Discord rules:
There are 2 ways for Discord to win. Either survive three villager lynchings (while not participating in Fluttershy’s death) or survive during a village victory in which Fluttershy also survives. It isn’t just 3 lynchings.

Kind of lost the evening, but nettie as a villager the last two games had little at all of substance to say in any regard. So here’s hoping the out-of-character play is wolfy and not just a different tactic.

The ponies gathered at Sweet Apple Acres to come up with a plan.
“I think we should use the Elements of Harmony, and blast ‘em!” said Rainbow Dash.
“But we don’t know who to blast,” objected Twilight Sparkle.
It was then that Granny Smith interjected. “When I was a young’un the best thing we had for fightin’ werewolves was they didn’t like water, so we’d throw ‘em in the river, and if’n they didn’t like it, we’d take that it was they was a wolf, ‘nd we drown ‘em!”
“LIKE A POOL PARTY?!?” exclaimed Pinkie.
“Uh… nope,” said Big Mac.
“So maybe if we get some water…” said Rarity
“There’s a giant cistern ‘round back” said AJ.
All of the ponies quickly rushed around the barn, but the cistern wasn’t there, just a beautiful scene of rolling hills.
“Aw heck,” said AJ, “Now where do you suppose that went?”
Suddenly, a fake backdrop with rolling hills that looked exactly like the real scenery was pulled back, to reveal Pinkie Pie, standing in front of a well-decorated cistern, with many cakes and balloons and streamers and a pony who sounded an awful lot like Weird Al singing a polka, and, well, you get the idea.
“SURPRISE!” she yelled, “IT’S A POOL PARTY!”
They were surprised.
But none were more surprised than Tirek. Who was so surprised that she wet herself, and then died of embarrassment.
